Cherub’s Crumble was born from Zenta’s love of cooking, creativity, and, most importantly…custard!
Inspired by the dessert bars and artisan sweet spots she discovered overseas, Zenta wanted to bring that same magic home to Melbourne. Together with her partner Jack, she created Cherub’s as a place where people could slow down, share a spoon, and celebrate the simple joy of dessert done right.
For Zenta, desserts are never just food, they’re a way to bring people together, spark nostalgia, and make the everyday feel a little more special.
Her obsession with custard (we’re talking drink-it-from-the-glass level love) inspired Cherub’s bottomless custard policy, because life really is sweeter that way. Every crumble cup is made with care, creativity, and local ingredients, crafted to taste as good as it looks, and remind you that there’s always time for something sweet.
